Mercy and Truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.Truth shall spring out of the earth, and righteousness shall look down from heaven. Yes, the Lord will give that which is good, and our land shall yield her increase. Psalms 85:10-12
No matter how bad things may appear sometimes; the Lord will fulfill every promise He’s made to those who love Him!
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32
Jesus promises us that if we want to know the truth about life, He’ll show it to us. That’s a big deal! There is so much falsehood and many lies circulating now a days, that we need to know where to find truth. Jesus will give it to us through the Bible. Only the truth can make us really free.
Open the gates, that the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in. Isaiah 26:2
The time is approaching when the Lord will open heaven’s gates, that all of us who have trusted and followed Him may enter in!
The Bible says that we can’t even imagine the wonderful blessings God has prepared for us!
Plan and prepare to be there friend!
Thus says the Lord! Stand by the roads and look, and ask for the old path, where the good way is, and walk in it; and find rest for your soul. Jeremiah 6:16
Many things this world change often. Fashions are always changing. But God’s word never changes. We can always depend on it.
For I know that my Redeemer lives, and that He shall stand at the latter day upon the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; who I will see for myself, and my eyes will behold Him. Job 19:25-27
If we die, having faith in Jesus as our Savior, God will raise us backup to new life-perfect everlasting life, when Jesus returns soon!
You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3
We need peace all the time, and we can have it too, if we keep the Lord with us. Satan will try to separate us from God, but if we don’t let him, our peace will be like a river, and our joy like a flowing stream!
Behold I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it. Revelation 3:8
Some of us may look back over our life and wonder how we ever got over. He’s given us an open door! That’s how.
Others may wonder how they’ll ever get over; how in the world they’ll make it? He’s given us an open door if we want it. With His help, no one can stand in our way!
In those days, and at that time says the Lord, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found. For I will pardon them that I reserve. Jeremiah 50:20
Since Christ died for us, all Christian believers are now spiritual Israel. Through the prophet Jeremiah the Holy Spirit is telling us that in the judgement our sins are forgiven, erased by the Blood of Christ! That’s some kind of wonderful assurance!
When my soul fainted within me I remembered the Lord; and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple! Jonah 2:7
Trouble may come upon us out of nowhere once in a while. But if Jonah can pray through to God from the belly of a whale, surely we can reach Him in His sanctuary in heaven from wherever we are!
Be sure to fear the Lord, and serve Him faithfully with all your heart. Consider what great things He has done for you. 1 Samuel 12:24 NIV
In times like these we need genuine friends. Can you see God’s mercy and blessings in your life in the past. He never changes! You can count on Him to continue having your back as much as He can!
